Miracle Monday – Miriam’s Story

Miriam is a strong and mighty little girl who loves adventure. She was adopted at birth by the Echlin Family. She spent the first month of her life in the NICU. Early in life Miriam was missing some developmental milestones. Miriam began early intervention therapy here at Le Bonheur.

“Miriam was almost 2 years old when we almost lost her. A strange sound came over the baby monitor and we found her having a seizure. Her oxygen levels had dropped to 40 percent. She was close to having a stroke. We rushed her to Le Bonheur.”- Miriam’s mom, Alli.
