Champion Claire meets Congressman Kustoff

Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital’s 2021 Children’s Miracle Network Champion, Claire Russell, met Congressman Kustoff at a ceremony on the square in Brownsville, TN last week. She had the opportunity to speak to the congressman about Le Bonheur and the importance of healthcare for children. She shared photos of her stay at Le Bonheur while advocating for children’s hospitals. Claire met several other senators and representatives and took the time to explain why Le Bonheur is important to her and children in her community.

The ceremony Claire attended honored and recognized local EMS and first responders, in addition to police officers, firefighters and veterans. It was a great opportunity to talk about her favorite children’s hospital!
