Meet our 2022 Le Bonheur Children’s Miracle Network Champion, 10-year-old patient RJ McCain! RJ was born 16 weeks early weighing just 1 pound 5 ounces. Like many premature babies, RJ’s lungs were severely underdeveloped and he had a tear in his small intestine.

Thankfully, Le Bonheur was ready for RJ. RJ was transferred to Le Bonheur for care. During his time at Le Bonheur, he received six surgeries. If you met him today, you’d never know. We are so excited to have RJ as our 2022 CMN Champion!
